From February 18 - 27, all current and elect MCP will gather to have the year highlight international conference in Egypt - IPM!

Hong Kong plans to organize a corporate seminar to discuss about talents on ethical sourcing and to introduce AIESEC's 'Ethical Sourcing Exchange Program'.

Finance Corner QuickBooks trial in progress!
In short, finance will be fitted with QuickBooks, accounting software used by a number of AIESEC countries. You will be experiencing a professional finance system soon! It implies that anyone of you can know exactly how finance is going in a quick, comprehensive and accurate manner. Reports are two clicks away! Finance will be much transparent from that onwards.

Round One has started – it consist of 4 teams working on GCPs in T Marketing, T Selection, T induction and T Allocation: collecting GCPs in HK LCs, sharing experience between each other and getting help from members globally.

AIESEC in HONG KONG is going to organised a corporate conference targeting at 100-200 corporate to attend, on 26th March, 2007 in Langham Hotel Hong Kong (venue to be confirmed). We aim to build our brand name among corporates and leverage this platform to network with potential TN takers / partners. We hope to make this one of the biggest external event in AIESEC in HONG KONG in recently years.

| | Local Committee Corner | | HKUST HKUST - LC Meeting
LC Meetings are not serious meeting as the name suggests. Instead it is a regular activity with the aims to enhance the bonding between members and to create a learning environment. Different OC Teams will take turns to hold the LC Meeting. By being the organizer, the OC Team members can develop their event management skills. They will choose a specific theme for the meeting and organize different kinds of activities around the theme. Three LC Meetings have been held. Their themes are team building, uniqueness of AIESEC and communications respectively.

HKU HKU - Consultation Forum
On 10th Feb 2007, AIESEC-LC-HKU conducted a consultation forum to gather valuable ideas and diverse perspectives from alumni, members, LCs and advisory group which help enrich the proposed year plan a more comprehensive and fruitful one. Special thanks have to be given to all modeators and advisory group for their tremendous effort given to LC positive development.

PolyU PolyU - Leading the Youth Connecting the world
“Leading the Youth Connecting the World" was held on PolyU Campus from 23rd to 25th January, 2007. Consulates participating in the event include: Germany , Iran, Italy, Kuwait, South Africa, South Korea, Spain and Thailand. They have displayed items of significant importance to their culture in designated booths. Relating to the theme "leadership", each country will also display interesting facts of a local leader of their choice.
The Opening Ceremony was held on 23 rd January, 2007 starting from 12 noon to 2 pm on the FJ Podium of the PolyU Campus. The objective of the event is to guide the youth to become future leaders who can create a harmonious society. Youngsters of different cultural backgrounds are involved, they include overseas AIESEC trainees, the diverse student base in PolyU, overseas and mainland interns.
