The objectives of the National Sales team are to build up ER talent pipeline and to generate revenue around issued-based TN. The national sales team will be formed by high calibre sales person who are committed to raise partners for national products around issue-based TN. E.g. Entrepreneurship, CSR, etc. The team is suitable for team members who want to acquire advanced ER skills and professional selling experience.

Candidate Requirements:
Commitment       : Strong commitment to the national team.
Result-oriented  : Result-oriented person who can drive results in the team.
Self-driven         : Able to work independently and promptly under time pressure.
Interested in ER : Strong Interest in product development, selling.
Experience         : Experience in ER and sales is preferable.

Our Results in 2006

We closed the session 2006-2007 with 91 realized exchanges, which is 19.74% more than last year. Moreover, we recorded an increase of 35.77% in raising exchange.

Still there are some concerns:
• DTEPs grows with 120.43% compared with session 2005-2006, and it contributes 60.78% to total EP realization.
• We have quite a steady performance in MT for both TN and EP sides.
• June is peak season for EP realization due to our AIESEC Summer Work Aboard Program.

Conclusions:
• The current supply or potential one for EP from current members is not enough to meet our long term goals
• We should leverage the opportunities available in campus to increase the TTEP supply. At the same time we should also leverage the advantage of Hong Kong as Asia Pacific regional hub to tap into the I.T. market.

Last but not least, we would like to thank all the Exchange Officers who worked so hard to boost up our X figures.

How about OC Twins CK and Gifford? Gifford is now matched with AIESEC Tartu, Estonia, who will lead a high school entrepreneurship workshop and encourage pupils to make their ideas happen and give them more information, how they can make their ideas happen.

CK is now matched to AIESEC Naberezhnyie Chelny, Russia Federation for an internship in which he could help the OCP to think about the agenda the camp. He would also need to present Hong Kong culture to the children in the camp.
