AIESEC-LC-CUHK wishes you a merry christmas, a happy new year, and a wonderful AIESEC experience!
Dear all,
On behalf of MC 07-08, I would like to express my deepest excitement to you about the Member Committee President Recruitment for Session 2008 - 2009.
In AIESEC, we talk about dreams, we talk about how we walkthrough our journey, it will definitely be one of the stations in your AIESEC journey that make your dreams happen.
Considering our bright future ahead, huge potential of the organization, and the best moment to inspire leadership, I can guarantee you that MC Positions 08-09 of AIESEC in HONG KONG would be one of the very best opportunities in AIESEC for you to go for! During my four years AIESEC experience, I met people with wisdom, with passion, with dreams and persistence. But from all the people I met, I have found an interesting common characteristic – They are dare to take action and walk out what they believe in.
"We don't receive wisdom; we must discover it for ourselves after a journey that no one can take for us or spare us." All journey start with a single step, however, without taking action you would just remain dreaming, but never reach your destination. Commitment, Persistence and Bravery are essential for you to step forward. Grasp your opportunity and start your amazing journey now! 1. Application of MCP of AIESEC in HONG KONG Session 0809: NOW is opened! 2. Dear Members, Greeting from your MCP. How are you guys doing? I hope you're not beaten by your assignment, exams, and still enjoying your AIESEC Experience. December...when we talk about December, what would you think of? This is the end of the year? To me, it is the month that you are going to feel the mixture of stress and excitement because you are going to / having exams and, at the same time, can smell the Christmas is everywhere. And you can feel the caress of love is everywhere as well =). In my case, I had some special moments in the past 3 Decembers, especially the past 3 Christmas, which are magically related to AIESEC. How about the Christmas in 2007? I do not know yet and might be another story that I spend with AIESEC again? Who knows? =) At the end of the year, we normally would think back on what we've done in the past 12 months and start thinking about your goals for the next year. I just want to share one thing with you, there's a saying like this I heard from a MCP, Sometimes, you find yourself in the middle of nowhere( keep walking but do not know where are you heading to i.e. No Direction). And sometimes in the middle of nowhere you find yourself ! (you find what you really want when you're lost in direction i.e. Self-discovered) Direction and Your Will and wishes are the most important thing you should ask yourself from time to time. To find yourself some goals to achieve for a new year is what we normally do. Now I would like to invite you to share with me about how are you going to spend your Christmas, your stories with AIESEC and how would you plan your year of 2008! I would like to invite all you to join a little event that organized by me. Event: Having a drink with MCP Date: 30th Jan 2007 Time: 2pm Venue: Café in MongKok No matter if you're a member, EB or LCP or whatever, as long as you're an AIESECer! You're more than welcome to join. Or you can share your thoughts with me by sending me e-mail at beatrice.wong@aiesec.hk.
Myaiesec.net has officially launched on 10th of Decemeber. The system is now opened for all members, please get an account for the system if you don't have an aiesec.net account before, otherwise you can simply login with your past account!
