Applications for NLDS 2007 Delegates are extended now

AIESEC Hong Kong National Leadership Development Seminar 2007 applications are extended now!

    Details about National Leadership Development Seminar 2007

Dates : 5th - 7th April 2007 (Product Evolution Track and Newies Track) 3 days 2 nights
            5th - 8th April 2007(National Planning Track) 4 days 3 nights
Venue: Mainland China (Shenzhen / Zhuhai)
Delegate Fee : HK$380 (Product Evolution Track and Newies Track)
                         HK$480 (National Planning Track)

This year the conference will consist of three tracks:

1. Newies Track will be concentrated on skills and knowledge needed for Taking Responsibility stage and experience AIESEC learning environment;

2.Product Evolution Track will be focus on skills building for team members, project and product development skills.
Preferred Delegate Profiles: A very diversified pool of delegates include project, talent management, exchange, ER..etc

3.National Planning Track (current EBs and proposed EBs ) will concentrate on national planning, goal setting and organizational strategic direction review and training.
Preferred Delegate Profiles: EB and proposed EB – who have analytical, logical and structured thinking. Only 6 EBs from each LC will be accepted to the National Planning Track

Highlight of the conference : 5th April 2007 will be the Learning Network Day, which is the opportunity that AIESEC in Hong Kong is providing to our members, to interact around 3 main issues that we have selected for this year: Corporate Responsibility, Entrepreneurship and Finance. We also provide workshops and panel discussion for members to aid their learning.

Please be reminded that you are required to pay the FULL delegate fee even if you will be arriving late or leaving early.

IPM Update
 

International Presidents Meeting (IPM) 2007 was held from 18 – 27th February. IPM being the summit of the current and elect Presidents of all AIESEC countries, it is one of the most important global conferences for AIESEC each year where a number of important decisions of the global organizations are made:

Global Planning 2007 – 2008

After several rounds of discussions, we have come up with the Global Focus Areas 2007 – 2008!!!!! They are:

o Exchange Growth
o Revenue Generation and Management
o External positioning and communication
o Information Management

ING Counrty Leadership Awards 2007

ING Counrty Leadership Awards, which are the recognition to countries that lead the implementation of Global Strategy and Direction at National and Local Level, making possible the achievement of AIESEC 2010, were given out at the Official Dinner of IPM 2007. The winners of the Awards in 2007 are:
