To sustain for LC leadership and capacity, here comes the annual people marketing campaign in September. 2 nights of AIESEC United were held in form of causal orientation to make sure newies fully understand what AIESEC is before membership application!

Thanks to active participation and facilitation by experienced AIESECers across LCs, MC and alumni, we delivered AIESEC values to all participants through games and a sharing session called AIESEConnect!

Special thanks to Raymond Leung, LCP of HKU,Session 2002-2003 for his 2-night inspiring and skillful facilitation to our Auction Dinner~

members, joba,ma from members, LCs, MC¡Ksharing from alumni

In AIESEConnect, we divided into 3 corners ¡V leadership, conference and exchange. Very excited that most potential members were eager to listen to leadership experience among AIESEC leaders!

Following the O¡¦Nights, a more formal way of introduction to AIESEC was held on 18th and 20th September ¡V Recruitment Talk. In addition to AIESEC identity and AIESEC eXPerience, team opportunities in AIESEC BU are introduced as well.

Deepest gratitude is sent to Gary and Mindy who spent their valuable time with us.

To highlight, both won "The most excited moment of the night" out of the speakers!!!

Where are we now? We are having the final stage of People Marketing ¡V selection on 25th, 27th, 29th September. With strictly reference to Global Competency Model, we hope that we could really attract and retain the real talents that AIESEC would seek for.
