The largest international congress of AIESEC is going to be kicked off in a week! Last year, the International Congress (IC) was held in Warsaw in Poland and it’s going to be held in Istanbul in Turkey this year! AIESEC in Hong Kong will have 12 delegates join the conference, both MC members and LCPs.

The theme of the congress is One for all, all for the future. More than 600 of delegates from more than 100 countries will join the congress to get better understanding of the organizational direction and build action steps to achieve more results in this year!

The first ever Train the Trainer Seminar became real in the history of AIESEC Hong Kong!!!

Thanks to the support of all the TM responsible in 6 LCs and some delegates from other functional area, the first Train the Trainer Seminar has become real in the history of AIESEC Hong Kong on 13 August 2007!!

The topic of the seminar is about Conference Management. During this very intensive 8-hour seminar, an interactive approach was conducted to enable the delegate to learn about what is the structured and logical way to develop a conference objective, and its corresponding agenda blocks, as well as introduction different learning styles of a delegate.

Overall, we believe that this TTT could directly empower all LC on creating a much more high quality induction camp in late September with a more relevant and logical induction camp objective as well as a higher quality of agenda.
