Application of your Member Committee President of AIESEC in HONG KONG Session 0809 is opened!
Dear all,
On behalf of MC 07-08, I would like to express my deepest excitement to you about the Member Committee President Recruitment for Session 2008 - 2009.
In AIESEC, we talk about dreams, we talk about how we walkthrough our journey, it will definitely be one of the stations in your AIESEC journey that make your dreams happen.
Considering our bright future ahead, huge potential of the organization, and the best moment to inspire leadership, I can guarantee you that MC Positions 08-09 of AIESEC in HONG KONG would be one of the very best opportunities in AIESEC for you to go for!
During my four years AIESEC experience, I met people with wisdom, with passion, with dreams and persistence. But from all the people I met, I have found an interesting common characteristic – They are dare to take action
and walk out what they believe in.
"We don't receive wisdom; we must discover it for ourselves after a journey that no one can take for us or spare us."
All journey start with a single step, however, without taking action you would just remain dreaming, but never reach your destination. Commitment, Persistence and Bravery are essential for you to step forward. Grasp your opportunity and start your amazing journey now!

Learning Networks Day 2007
This year, the Learning Network Day 2007 was held on 10th Nov, 2007 in the Chinese University.
It was a great success. More than 150 AIESEC members
have participated in the Learning Network Day in which 8 workshops with 5 different issues were delivered. Not only did it raise the awareness of world issues, but also it developed members’ knowledge and challenged their worldviews. Thanks very much
to all our participating partners and external guests. Without your support and
participation, the Learning Network Day could not be held with a great success, and we wish to see you in the coming AIESEC events in the near future.

Welcome back to the garden!
The 40th Anniversary Dinner of AIESEC in Hong Kong was held last Saturday in the Metropark Kowloon Hotel. There were more than 150 participants joining the dinner, including external guests, alumni, members and interns. The dinner
was started with a opening speech by Prof. Edward Chen, one of the founding members of AIESEC
in Hong Kong. A 40th Anniversary video was produced with the greetings and best wishes from AIESEC International to AIESEC in Hong Kong. LCPs also prepared a presentation to recap the growth of AIESEC
in Hong Kong in the past. We were all excited about the achievements that we had made and looking forward to achieve more and more in the future!!
An alumni chat session was held and Prof. Edward Chen, Mr. Thomas Yuen, our first outgoing intern of AIESEC in HONG KONG, Mr. Daneial Jim, NCP of AIESEC in HONG KONG Session 1990-1991 and Miss Cecilia Tam, NCP of AIESEC in HONG KONG Session 1999-2000 and 2000-2001 were invited to join the panel discussion. They had interesting discussions on the development of AIESEC in Hong Kong as well as sharing of their own AIESEC experience. All the participants enjoyed the session very much.
The dinner ended with the networking and photo-taking sessions. It would be a pity if you had missed the anniversary dinner!! You can still have a look at the video here.
